Section 245: Terms and conditions of appointment of the Chairperson and other members of the Board

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

(1) The term of office of Chairperson and other members of the Board, shall be three years.

(2) The Chairperson and other members of the Board shall be paid such salary and allowances, as may be determined by the State Government in consultation with the Board.
