Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

(1) Excluding the administrative expenses, interest, rent and other income realised and all profits or losses, if any, on the investments shall be credited or debited, as the case may be, to an account called the “Income Suspense Account”.

(2) The Secretary of the Board or any other officer authorised by him, shall submit a statement to the State Government on the 15th Day of March every year or on such other date, as the State Government may specify, an annual report, appending thereto a classified statement of the assets of the Board.
