Section 271: Expenditure from the Fund

Punjab Building and Other Construction Workers ( (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008.) Rules, 2008State Rules of Punjab · 1996

(1) All expenses for the administration of the fund, fees and allowances of the members of the Board, salaries, leave salaries, joining time pay, travelling allowance, compensatory allowances, charge allowances, pension contribution and other benefits of personnel expenses, for the legitimate needs of the Board including the stationery expenses and other office expenses, shall be met from the Administrative Account of the Fund.

(2) The amounts incurred by the State Government for the administration of the Fund, shall be treated as a loan, which shall be repaid from the Administrative Account of the Fund.
