If any amount is due from an employer or a member, the Secretary of the Board or any other officer, authorised by him in this behalf, shall after ascertaining the amount of arrears, issue a certificate for that amount to the Collector of the District concerned. On receipt of such certificate, the District Collector shall recover the amount as arrears of land revenue.
