33.1 Reserve fund = 25% of the net profit of each year.
33.2 Milk Unions Rehablitation Fund= 15% of the net profit of each year.
33.3 Cooperative Education Fund = 2% of the net profit of each year subject to maximum ceiling fixed by RCS Punjab from time to time.
33.4 Bad & Doubtful Debts Fund = 3% of the net profit of each year.
33.5 Cooperative Development Fund = 3% of the net profit of each year.
33.6 Common Good Fund = 7% of the net profit of each year.
33.7 Dividend = Not exceeding 20% P.A. on the outstanding amount of share capital shall be distributed as dividend to Shareholders.
The balance amount of the net profit after above mentioned statutory deductions shall be taken to General fund and will be utilised for research and development activities of the Federation as may be decided by the General body.
34.0 RESERVE FUND In addition to the sum in the Bye Laws 33.1 all entrance fees, donations, other than those specified purposes and receipt on account of forfeited shares and fines other than those collected from employees, shall be carried to the Reserve Fund.
35.0 ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS The financial year of the federation shall be from 1st April to 31st March. Books of accounts and other records shall be maintained as prescribed in the Rules and also as directed by the Registrar with such additions as the Board of Directors consider necessary.
36.0 In case of absence of provisions or inconsistency or repugnancy in the bye laws of the member Unions, the bye laws of the Federation shall prevail subject to the provisions of the Act and Rules.
37.0 AMENDMENTS None of the bye laws herein contained shall be altered or rescinded and no bye laws shall be added except by vote of majority consisting of atleast two thirds members present at the General Meeting. The notice convening the meeting shall specify the proposed alteration addition or recession. The amendment shall not take effect until it is approved by the Registrar.
