Section 32: � No member shall be eligible for elec�on as members of the board, if he

i) � is below 21 years of age, or ii) � is paid employee of the Federa�on or any Coopera�ve Society; or iii) � is not able to read and write at least in one language ; or iv) � had commi�ed any offence involving dishonesty or moral turpitude during the preceeding five year, or v) � has applied for insolvancy or has been declared insolvent, or vi) � is of unsound mind,. or vii) � is related to any employee of the Federa�on: or viii) � is a representa�ve of a society which is defaulter in respect of the annual subscrip�on, contribu�on to the Coopera�ve Educa�on Fund or any other sum payable to the Federa�on; or ix) � is not a commi�ee member of the society he represents;or x) � has been dismissed from the service of any coopera�ve society, local body or Govt. during the last 10 years.

xi) � incurs any other dis-qaulifica�on laid down in the Act and Rules.
