Section 14: The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely

The C.G.C. University, Mohali Act, 2025State Act of Punjab · Act 11 of 2025

(i) the Governing Body;

(ii) the Board of Management;

(iii) the Academic Council;

(iv) the Finance Committee; and

(v) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
