The Punjab Cattle Fairs (Regulation) Act, 1967State Act of Punjab · Act 6 of 1968

(1) The fair officer may, in a fair area order the ejectment of any person from the site allotted to him, if such person contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.

(2) If ,any person fails without reasonable cause to comply with an order made under sub-section (1), the fair officer may take possession of the site and may for that purpose use such force as may be necessary. Summary proceedings against persons.
