Section 2: Definition

The Punjab Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1997State Rules of Punjab · 1986

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, --

(a) “Act” means the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986;

(b) “Form” means a form specified under these rules;

(d) “Schedule” means the Schedule to the Act; and

(e) “Section” means a section of the Act;
