The Punjab Consumer Protection (appointment, salary, allowances and conditions of service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Forum) Rules, 2018, are hereby repealed:
Provided that any order issued or any action taken under the rules so repealed, shall be deemed to have been issued or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.

(EXTRA), AUGUST 24, 2021 (BHDR 2, 1943 SAKA) 1911 FORM II (See rule 15) Form of Oath of Secrecy for the President and Member of the State Commission and District Commission I, ……………….., having been appointed as the President/Member of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, …………./ District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, …… do solemnly affirm/do swear in the name of God that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person or persons any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as President/Member of the State Commission/District Commission except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as the President/Member.
