Section 10: Power to issue direction

The Punjab Control of Bricks Supplies, Price and Distribution Control Order, 1998 with AmendmentsState Rules of Punjab · 1949

(1) the District Magistrate may direct that no person shall purchase or sell or offer to sell or supply bricks without a permit issued by him or an officer authorised by him in this behalf and subject to such conditions, as may be specified in such permit in case the supply is being regulated through permits, by the Government.

(2) No manufacturer or dealer shall act in contravention of any direction issued by the District Magistrate under sub clause (1).
