The Punjab Control of Bricks Supplies Order, 1972 and the Punjab Bricks (Price and Distribution) Control Order, 1976 are hereby repealed:
Provided that such repeal shall not,-
(a) affect previous operation of the said order or anything duly done or suffered thereunder ; or
(b) affect any right, privilege, obligation, liability acquired or incurred under the said Order; or
(c) affect any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Order; or
(d) affect any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid and any such investigation, legal, proceedings or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said order had not been repealed.

CONDTION OF LINCENCE The holder of the licence shall:-

(iii) Number of bricks received of manufactured during the day.

(b) to take a sample of different kinds of bricks free of charge; and
(c) to inspect any record which the holder is required by the conditions of his Licence to keep.

2. In the Punja~ Control of Bricks S1:1pplies, Price and Distribution Control Order, 1998 (hereinafterreferred to as the said Order) in clause 4, in sub clause (1) for the words 'twenty thousand rupees', shall be substituted by 'twenty five thousand rupees'.
3. In the said Order, in clause (7),

2. In the Punjab Control of ijricks Supplies, Price and Distribution Control Order, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in clause 4, in sub-clause (1), for the words "twenty five thousand rupees", the words "thirty five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
3. In the said Order, in clause 7,
(a) in sub-clause (1),-
(i) in item (a), for the words "Rupees ten thousand", the words "Rupees fifteen thousand" shall be substituted; and
(ii) in item (b), for the words "Rupees five thousand", the words "Rupees seven thousand and five hundred" shall be substituted; and
(b) in sub-clause (2),-
(i) in the first proviso, for the words "Rupees ten thousand", the words "rupees fifteen thousand" shall be substituted; and
(ii) in the second proviso for the words "Rupees twenty five thousand", the words "rupees thirty five thousand" shall be substituted.
