Section 6: Term of licence- (1)

The Punjab Control of Bricks Supplies, Price and Distribution Control Order, 1998 with AmendmentsState Rules of Punjab · 1949

Subject to the provisions of sub-clauses (2) every licence under this Order shall be granted or renewed for such period not exceeding five year at a time as may be desired by the applicant at the time of making an application for grant or renewal, as the case may be.

(2) Every such licence shall, unless previously suspended or revoked, expire on the thirty first day of March, of the year specified at the time of grant renewal, as the case may be, and renewal period would be valid for a period of five years.
