The Desh Bhagat University Act, 2012.State Act of Punjab · Act 15 of 2013

(1) The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.

(2) Inthe absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be the chairperson of the Finance Committee and shall exercise such other powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed.
