The Desh Bhagat University Act, 2012.State Act of Punjab · Act 15 of 2013

(1) The University shall exercise its jurisdiction within its campuses Jurisdiction of and its affiliated Institutions, run or managed by the Society. Reeves Ne (2) The University shall affiliate to it other educational or professional institutions established, run or managed by the Society.

7. The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- Officers of the University.

(i) — the Visitor; é

(ii) the Chancellor;

(iii) the Vice-Chancellor;

(iv) the Pro-Vice Chancellor;

(v) _ the Registrar;

(vi) the Deans of the Faculties;

(vii) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; and

(viii) such other officers‘of the University, as may be declared by the statutes, the ordinances and the regulations of the University, to be the officers of the University.
