Section 34

The Punjab Excise Act, 1914 As Applicable to HaryanaState Act of Haryana · Act 1 of 1914

(1) Every license, permit or pass granted under the Act shall be granted―

(a) on payment of such fees, if any,

(b) subject to such restrictions and on such conditions,

(c) in such form and containing such particulars,

(d) for such period, as the Financial Commissioner may direct.

(2) Any authority granting a license under this Act may require the license to give such security for the observance of the Fees for terms, conditions and form of, and duration of, licenses, permits and passes.

terms of his license, or to make such deposit in lieu of security, as such authority may think fit.

4[(3) Whenever the authority which granted a license, permit or pass under this Act, considers that such license, permit or pass should be amended for any cause, it may, after notice to the holders of its intention to do so, amend such license, permit or pass.]
