Section 4: Persons entitled to Financial Grant

Financial Grant Regulation 2016State Regulations of Punjab · 1978

(a) Any ex-servicemen or his dependent may apply the corporation for grant of financial grant, if he/she satisfies other conditions, if any, for entitlement of financial grant as laid down by the Corporation'

(b)Anyex-servicemenorganizationmayapp|yforgrantoffinancialgranttothe corooration if it satisfies conditions for entitlement of financial grant as laid down by the CorPoration.

(c)Grantstodeservingex-servicemenmaybegivenbasedonmeritoftheindividuaI case to the extent of Rs.50,000/- in each case by a committee consisting of chairman, Managin8Directorandoneex-officiodirector'Thesanctioningauthorityforthe amount exceeding Rs.50,000/- on case of case basis, will be Board of Directors. This amount will be disbursed from the fund to be created by the Corporation through profits of the CorPoration:

||)Grantsgiventothedependentsofex-servicemenasnotedinsection2of the Act shall be given to only one such dependents of a family'
