The Punjab Fire and Emergency Service Act, 2024State Act of Punjab · Act 12 of 2024

(1) For the purposes of this Act, sites, premises, buildings and pandals may be classified as posing a low, medium or high risk of fire. The riskclassification shall be notified by the Government.

(2) Buildings and pandals shall be compliant with all fire prevention and life safety measures that are applicable to such buildings and pandals.
