“Provided that a person possessing Degree or Diploma in Vocational Courses or Engineering or Technology but not possessing National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) shall be appointed to post mentioned at serial number 5 of Appendix-‘A’, in the Service. Such persons shall have to acquire the National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) at his own, within a period not exceeding three years from the date of appointment.
If he fails to acquire the National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) within a period not exceeding three years from date of appointment, his services shall be dispensed with.”
