(i) Diploma in Vocational Courses or Three years’ Diploma in Engineering in appropriate branch of trade concerned from a recognized University or Board or Institution; and
(ii) Two years’ experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JULY 23, 2021 1737 (SRVN 1, 1943 SAKA) requisite qualification.
Note:
Degree or Diploma holders shall have to acquire "National Craft Instructor Certificate" within a period four years from the date of appointment;
OR
(i) National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade from a recognized Institution with National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) and Three years’ experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or teaching experience in a Government institution or an institution recognized by the Government after acquiring the requisite qualification.
