Section 22

The Punjab Housing Development Board Act, 1972State Act of Punjab · Act 6 of 1973

(1) Every contract on behalf of the Board shall, subject to the provisions of sections 20 and 21, be entered into in such manner and in such form as may be prescribed.

(2) A contract not made or executed as provided in this section and the rules shall not be binding on the Board.
