(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Ombudsman and Legal Proceedings) Rules, 2019.

(2) These rules shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
