(1) These rules may be called The Punjab State Commission for Non-Resident Indians, Members (Non Official) (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service ) Rules,2012.

(c) Definition:-In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires: - Notlficatilon Sr. Type No The 22nd June, 2012 They shall come into force at once. "Act" means the Punjab State Commission for Non-Resident Indians Act, 2011( Punjab Act No. 33 of 2011); HRA "Governor" means the Governor of the State of Punjab; Salary and allowances : "State Government "means the State Government in the Department of NRI Affairs. The Non-official Members shall draw the following salary and allowances : Allowances Salary Telephone 3 Allowances 4 Sumptuary Allowance of Salary allowances Rs. 15000/- per month consolidated STD facility may be provided at office and at residence to the members. Telephone calls at office Rs. 4000/- per month and at residence at Rs.3000/ TA as admissible to Group 'A' Offlcers of Punjab Govt. And actual medical reimbursement for indoor treatment. (1) These rules may be called The Punjab State Commission for Non-Resident Indians, Members (Non Official) (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service ) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. Definition: - In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-
