Section 17: Jurisdiction of courts barred

The Punjab Industrial Housing Act, 1956State Act of Punjab · Act 16 of 1956

No order made by the State Government, the Labour Commissioner or the competent authority or any other officer in the exercise of any power conferred by under this Act shall be called in questing in any court, and no injunction shall be granted by any court or any authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.
