Section 11

The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002State Act of Punjab · Act 8 of 2002

(1) The Authority may appoint officers and such other employees, as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act

(2) The salary and allowances payable to and the other conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Authority appointed under sub section

(1), shall be such as may be determined by regulations.
