Section 19

The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002State Act of Punjab · Act 8 of 2002

(1) No act or proceeding of the Board shall be invalid merely by reason of,-

(i) any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Board; or 1[(ii) any defect in the appointment of a person acting as a Chairman or Vice- Chairman or member of the Board; or]

(iii) any irregularity in the procedure of the Board not affecting the merits of the case.
