Section 10: Meeting of the Board. Sections 8 and 27(2)(d)

The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (7.12 – 7.19) Rule, 1966State Rules of Punjab · 1965

(1) The Board shall meet at least once every quarter and as often as may be necessary.

(2) All members of the Board shall be given at least seven days notice of a meeting specifying the date, time and place of the meeting and the business to be transacted threat:

Provided that no such notice shall be necessary when in the opinion of the Chairman, business of emergent nature has to be transacted.
