Any person who, within the limits of any 116[116][* * *] area notified under section 3, commits any breach of any regulation made, 117[117][restriction or prohibition imposed, order passed or requisition made under sections 4, 5, 5-A, or 7-A] shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with a fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, or with both.
