Section 38: Mutation-fees.

The Punjab Land-Revenue Act, 1887Central Act · Act 17 of 1887

(1) The Local Government may fix a scale of fees for all or any classes of entries in any record or register under this Chapter and for copies of any such entries.

(2) A fee in respect of any entry shall be payable by the person in whose favour the entry is made
