Section 63: Orders to regulate payment of land-revenue.

The Punjab Land-Revenue Act, 1887Central Act · Act 17 of 1887

(1) Notwithstanding anything in any record-ofrights, the Financial Commissioner may fix the number and amount of the installments, and the times, places and manner, by, at and in which land-revenue is to be paid.

(2) Until the Financial Commissioner otherwise directs, land-revenue shall be payable by the installments, at the times and places and in the manner by, at and in which it is payable at the commencement of this Act.
