[51. Republication of rules and orders. All rules which the State Government is empowered to issue under this Act, and all circulars issued by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, shall be republished from time to time by the State Government, and upon such republication, shall be arranged in the order of their subject-matter, and all such alterations or amendments as may have been made since the last preceding publication thereof, or may have become necessary or advisable, shall be embodied therewith, and upon such republication all such rules and circulars previously issued shall be repealed.]
