Section 10: Appellate Authority

The Punjab Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2016State Act of Punjab · Act 28 of 2016

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint an officer or an authority as appellate authority, to decide appeals against the orders of the competent authority:

Provided that the Government may appoint as appellate authority more than one officer or authority and distribute the work amongst them in the manner as it may deem fit.
