Section 18

The Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Act, 2020State Act of Punjab · Act 8 of 2020

(1) Wherever a municipal property 1s under unauthorized occupation, the Officer of the Municipality shall make a reference for eviction of such unauthorized occupants to the Tribunal or officer authorised under section 17 of this Act.

(2) The Tribunal or officer shall pass an appropriate order within sixty days from the date of receipt of a reference referred to in subsection (1).

(3) An eviction order passed by the Tribunal or officer shall be final.
