The Secretariat Office of the Council shall maintain the accounts of receipt, payments and expenditure incurred. It shall also maintain record of administrative or other misc allowances sanctions for expenditure given by the Chairman for the smooth functioning of the Council work. The Council shall get its annual accounts audited from Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) empanelled Charter Accountants (CA’s).
