Section 28: Chairman of meeting

The Punjab Municipal Act,1911State Act of Punjab · Act 3 of 1911

At every meeting of a committee the President, if present, or, in his absence or during the vacancy of office, 6[or during his suspension under Section 22 the senior Vice- President present, and if there be no President or Vice-President present, then such one of their number 7[other than an associate member] as the members present may elect shall preside as chairman.
