(1) If a person serving or having served under a committee has been or is transferred from or to the service of the Government or is partly employed by the Government and partly by a committee, the committee shall 7[make] such contributions to his pension and leave allowances as may be required, by the conditions of his service under the Government, to be paid by him or on his behalf].
8[(2) In the absence of a written contract to the contrary, the committee may dispense with the services of any such person by giving the 9[Government concerned] one month’s previous notice.]
