Section 56: First meeting of Corporation after general elections

The first meeting of the Corporation after a general election shall be held as early as possible after Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976, Section 54 37 the publication of the results of the election of the councillors under section 17 and shall be convened by the Divisional Commissioner.
