Section 9: Powers to alter or amend delimitation orders

The Corporation, which the previous approval of the Government, may from time to time by order in the Official Gazette, alter or amend any order made under section 8.

Section 10 [10. Power to conduct elections.-The superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls, for, and the conduct of all elections to the Corporations shall vest in the State Election Commission.]1
