Section 14: In the principal Act, for section 110, the following section shall be substituted, namely

"110. If any land or building, bearing two or more municipal numbers, Assessment in or portions thereof, be amalgamated into one or more case of new premises, the Commissioner shall on suchamalgamation of premises. amalgamation assign to them one or more numbers accord ingly.".

15. In the principal Act, sections III and 112 shall be omitted.
