Section 15: Manner of lodging claims and objections

The Punjab Municipal Election Rules, 1994State Act of Punjab · Act 19 of 1994

Every claim or objection shall -

(a) be presented to the Registration Officer ; and

(b) be sent post to the Registration 'Officer ; and

(c) shall be accompained by a fee of rupee one which may be deposited either with the Registration Officer or in the Treasury and shall not be refundable.
