After the Roll for the constituency has been finally published, the following papers shall be kept in the office of the Registration Officer or such other places as the Commissioner may, by order, specify until the expiration of one year after the completion of next intensive revision of Roll :-
(a) one complete copy of the Roll and complete manuscript Roll;
(b) duplicating pasting file;
(c) all claims and objections to the draft Roll with the orders of the Registration Officer thereon;
(d) all directions of the Registration Officer for correction of entries in the Roll;
(e) all orders on appeal received from the Commission;
(f) any any other connected papers;
(g) one complete copy of the Roll for each constituency duly authenticated by the Registration Officer shall be kept in the office of the District Electoral Officer for a period of six years from the date of its final publication.
31. Inspection of Rolls and connected papers. (1) Every person shall have the right to inspect the papers referred to in rule 30 on payment of such fee as may be specified by the Commission.
(2) Attested copies of the Roll and other election papers will be supplied to such person, as may apply for the same, on payment of such fee as may be specified by the Commission from time to time.
