Immediately after the expiry of the time fixed for withdrawal of candidatures, the Returning Officer shall allot to each candidate who has not withdrawan his candidature, a symbol out of the approved list of symbols in accordance with such notification, order or direction which might have been issued by the Commission in this respect.
