Section 70: Account of Ballot Paper

The Punjab Municipal Election Rules, 1994State Act of Punjab · Act 19 of 1994

(1) The Presiding Officer shall at the close of the poll prepare a ballot account in Form 33 and if counting is not to be held immediately after the dose of poll, enclose it in a sealed cover with the words "Ballot Paper Account", subscribed thereon,

(2) The Presiding Officer shall furnish to every polling agent present at the close of the poll, at true copy of the entries made in the Ballot Paper Account after obtaining a receipt from the said polling agent.
