Section 73: Procedure for adjournment of poll

The Punjab Municipal Election Rules, 1994State Act of Punjab · Act 19 of 1994

(1) If a poll at any station is adjourned for reasons provided in sections 58, 59 and 60, the provisions of the foregoing rules shall as far as applicable, apply as if the poll was closed at the hour fixed in that behalf under section 57.

(3) The provisions of the foregoing rules shall apply to in relation to the conduct of adjourned poll as they apply in relation to the poll before it was so adjourned.
