The Commission may, from time to time, by a notification in the Official Gazette, fix maximum election expenses which can be incurred by the candidate for election from one constituency and may fix different maximum limits of election expenses for election to a Municipal Corporation, a Municipal Council of Class-I, II and Ill and a Nagar Panchayat.
