The trustees shall comply with all such directions as may be given by the Bank for the proper functioning of the Fund. “Provided that all such direction shall be given in writing and shall specify the purpose or objective.” (ADDED WITH NOTIFICATION IN GAZETTE ON 26/06/2010)
