Section 13: Trial of offences

Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952 As applicable to HaryanaState Act of Haryana · Act 1 of 1953

No court inferior to that of a [Judicial Magistrate] of the first class shall be competent to try any offence punishable under this Act.

13-A. Bar of jurisdiction. – No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or decide any question relating to matters falling under this Act or the rules framed there under.
