After the clause 5.5, a New Clause is added as under: - “5.6. Stand by Support to Captive Generators/ Users The State will in consultation with Stakeholders endeavor towards an equitable policy to provide Stand by support to Captive Generators/ Users based on similar policies in other States.
In clause 6.14 the word “MSME” is substituted with “MSE”.
The clause 6.14.1 is substituted as under:-
6.14.1. MSE Facilitation Council has been set up under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development {MSMED) Act 2006. It functions as a State-Level Council and MSEs have to visit Chandigarh to seek Council's remedial measures for the recovery of delayed payments from buyers located anywhere in India.
In Clause 6.14.2 the words appearing as “Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, SAS Nagar and Patiala” shall be substituted with words as “Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, SAS Nagar, Patiala, Bathinda and Sangrur”.

(xvi). Auto servicing and for repairing units with investment more than 10 lakh on Machinery & Equipment
(xvii). Packaging activity with investment more than 10 lakh on Machinery & Equipment
(xviii). Any other service enterprises notified by the State Government for inclusion in the list from time to time.
In clause 10.6, under heading Manufacturing industry, the words under Sr No ii) are substituted as “Textiles including Apparel and Made-ups, Technical Textiles” In clause 10.6, under heading Manufacturing Industry, the words under S.no (iti) are substituted as “Agri & Food Processing Industries”.
In clause 10.6, under the heading Manufacturing Industry, after the words “Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical” the following is added: - “{viii), Processing of Agro waste (Biomass) into Energy, Bio-Energy, manure or any other usable Form
(ix) Bicycle and Bicycle components/parts
(x) Alloy Steel”, In clause 10.6,under the heading Service Industry, after the words “Logistic” the following is added; - {viii}. Maintenance, Repair and overhaul {MRO] for Aviation & Defence Sector.
In clause 10.8, in 3rd column of the table under s.no 4, after the words “CLCSS scheme.” The words “The companies, which have already availed the CLCSS scheme and exhausted its limit are also eligible under the same terms for taking the additionat benefits given by the State under the said scheme” is added.
In Clause 10.8, under s.no 10 the word “silver” is substituted as “bronze”.
In Clause 10.9, in the 2™ column of the table the word “7 years” is substituted with the word “10 years” Xi.

After the clause 10.17.2, A New Clause is added as under: - "10.17.3. Fiscal incentive for acquisition of sick units and revival thereof A unit with proven track record, which acquires a sick unit shall be entitled to one time special relief package for sick large unit subject to:
{i} Minimum enterprise value of sick unit shall be Rs. 50 Crore {ii} the sick unit shall fulfill the following criteria:
Existed for atleast 5 years and {Incurred accumulated losses equal to, or exceeding its entire net worth at the end of last financial year or categorized as NPA in last 8 quarters consecutively} (iii} Acquiring unit will be entitled to one time special relief package for sick large unit with period for exemption from ED and reimbursement of net SGST for seven years.

In Clause 10.19, sub clause 10.19.1 +10.19.2 and anywhere in the policy the words “Extreme Border Zone” (EBZ) is substituted as “Border Zone" (82) The Clause 10.23 (i) is substituted as under; -
(i) Electricity duty is the duty levied and paid to the State Government on the electricity supplied by PSPCL or any licensee or electricity trader or generating company to a consumer, as the State Government may notify from time to time, with the proviso that any contributions made out of the Electricity Duty levied, such as those deposited in the social security fund etc., shall not be exempted After the clause 10.23, a New Clause is added as under:-
