Section 111: Unspent Government Grants to be credited ·to the Government

The Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014State Rules of Punjab · 1994

Sections t43 and On the authority of a requisition issued by the Aud it Authority, the Treasury 193 Office, Manager or Agent of the Bank, with which the Zita Parishad or the Panchayat Samiti conducts business, shall credit to the Government, the balance of Government grants which remajn unspent for more then five complete financial years including the year in which the _grant is received. The rec.ord . relating to grants in aid received from Central Government or State Government for various purposes shall be maintained in Fonn FBA-45, FBA 45-A and FBA-458.
