_It is primary responsibility of the Executive Officer or the Chief Executive officer to see that all revenue or other debts due to the Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad, a5 the case may be, which have to be br-0ught to account are correctly, promptly and regularly assessed, realised and credited to the account of the Fund of the Panchayat Samiti and the ·zila Parlshad. He should accordingly arrange to obtain from his subordinates or from all the sources, where revenue arises, monthly accounts and.turns claiming credit for so much as has )icei:i paid into tile bank or the Treasury or otherwise accounted for and CSllse them to be noted in the Demand, Collecti-0n and Balance Register in Foirn FBA-18
